Phase 2: Implementation
As an experienced partner, we will help and prepare the implementation together. We are rich in experience of EDI implementation projects. We will define scope, processes, tasks and milestones. Depending on type and scope of the order we might require your internal cooperation, usually of the department(s) involved and naturally IT/EDI .
Phase 3: Result
Normally there are several solution options; they will be evaluated and presented for your decision. Our recommendation might possibly even that there should be no project at all; this has been the case in the past, too.
